Stacey Lott, JD is a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Elder Law and Probate and Estate Planning Sections.

She is Immediate Past President of the Calhoun County Bar Association, is a chairperson of the Calhoun County Elder Abuse Coalition, is on the Board of the Calhoun County Estate Planning Council and the Area Agency on Aging Region 3B.

Stacey's a graduate of Michigan State University's James Madison College and the Cooley Law School, where she has been elected to the Board of Governor's of the Alumni Association.

She is a former Governor's Special Policy Assistant, Policy Advisor and Budget Analyst to the Speaker of the Michigan State House of Representatives.

In November 2006, Stacey received a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning, issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Stacey practices in the areas of Elder Law and Estate Planning and resides in Battle Creek MI with her husband, Kyle, and two children.
